@willie17mac Sparring session. The "intense" session was so bad that they took it off You tube but I had the luxury of seeing nick Diaz get his ass handed to him so badly. Landing no more than 5 shots in 3 rounds. Tired and slow after 1. His team took the video down upon requests they made.
