Nice information for new CCIE players.
Well I have question 3550 SMI we can upgrade with EMI image isnt it ? Yes we can so for my knowledge , Does 4 , 3550 24 port Switches with EMI image fulfill the CCIE R&S V4 requirement ??

Absolutely, 4 3550 EMI (yes, you can upgrade from SMI) will fulfill the CCIE v4 requirement. (only some IPv6, QoS and Multicast is not fully supported)
