after watching a number of seasons of Project Runway, I got curious about the techniques the designers were using. I saw them taping and draping, etc., but never really knew how it all fit together. Your video is very clear and filled with useful information. I feel like I already understand so much more about the process just by watching this two-part video. You're a very good teacher and made it all very clear. Thanks!

I'm a self taught designer and have been making clothes for many years but I was never able to learn how to drape muslin. You're a great teacher. Thank you so much for this video. It has been very helpful to me, I am headed to my sewing room now to design a top. :) Do you offer classes?

Hi Susan, great vid. I would love to see you do 'trueing'. I really like to see an up-close explaination of how to transfer the drape to the paper. I would also like to know how to transfer to my fabric. Thanks! (smile)

your video is great, but I don't know how to transition onto my actual fabric. I know this may sound like a stupid question but I'm new to this....

I love your videos. But I have a dumb question--what happens when the sloper is done and taken off the mannequin? Do you lay the sloper on fashion fabric or paper and cut, etc? Nobody ever shows that.

Thanks Susan. This was great.
