Anf I know it says Stalcry in the credits, thats what I normally go by, like on furaffinity where you can find this image.
Speedpaint done with MyPaint, a free painting program, you can Google it.
My character, Shizuku being...all cute and jawn. Anyway, enjoy.
Song is Frou Frou's version of "Holding Out for a Hero"
I don't own it, obviously. So yeahhrrr. Full credit to its artist and producers and all that shyit.

@Sandspecter14 and you've done a great job of thqat. One day, we'll be able to finally banish the idea that open source software can't be as good as commercial software because of people like you...and me. it's a little pompous to self-proclaim, i know, but i'm doing my part by learning photoshop SOLELY so that for the rest of my life, i can say "I've used both [photoshop and the GIMP], and i've found the GIMP to be just as good and sometimes better."

i absolutely love this! im getting a swivel touch screen laptop in about a week and was thinking about what kind of program like this to get but i think i will just get this can u make a tutorial on how to use it?

This program is called MyPaint, its 100% free, and has had a significant update since the version used in this speedpaint. I actually think there are already some videos on here about how to use it. I have other speed paints in it on my channel, but I might make a tutorial on it.
