Saiful, an engineer turned photographer turned businessman is nothing short of a story to tell. During an economic downturn in 2004, he lost most of his money, including his home and car. Starting from scratch, he started his photography career and despite being a budding photographer, he channeled most of his income into Rumah Pengasih Warga Prihatin, a shelter home for children. He not only helped built the home monetarily, he also made sure he invests his time into the lives of these children. Yet having travelled all around the world, he is affectionately known as "Ayah Saiful" to the children because of his down-to-earth nature. Starting from nothing, he chose not to register his company under the bumiputera status and managed to build his company to become one of the most sought-after photography studios in the international arena.
