  • I agree. The things Rudd's done for Australia, and is still working on (this health reform and the NBN) are a lot better than Howard's blatant Bush-blowing.

  • Abbott may be in the Minister league, but he's definately not in the Prime Minister league. He'd be the first to admit it.

  • Whessly, Tony is not a doctor and failed to achieve anything useful while he was health minister. Also, lerlialen, it is difficult to fathom how the Rudd government has performed badly from an economic standpoint when Australia has emerged so buoyant after the GFC.

Rudd is far from perfect, and could certainly shift his energies to more useful areas at times, but to side with Paul Keating, god help us if Tony Abbott becomes prime minister

  • Does Kevin Rudd wear granpa underpants?

  • Oh and lets not all forget the very urgent climate change policy that he said will be implemented as soon as he is PM. What happened? Not so important when you've overblown the budget is it? Give me a break, this guy is so fake its ridiculous. Shane Warne has nothing on Rudd. Rudd is the king of all spin when it comes to talking about his policies. Open up your eyes Australia!

  • I am so glad that NSW and Victoria can see through his bs and spin by the polls I've seen lately. The NSW state gov is pathetic when it comes to things like Healthcare and Roads and Traffic. This state has some of the worst roads I've ever seen in Australia. They think buying more trains is going to ease traffic. How about fixing the trains so they actually arrive on time? How about removing the ridiculous speed signs you see on roads so they can increase revenue. Where is all this money going?

  • Yes he's so reliable yet he's never admitted responsibility to at least the four people who died that were linked to the home insulation scheme. The government funded school projects which has caused more problems then solved. The temporary fix on the economy which has now left the country in huge debt, and now he has to go back on promises made during election so he can repay it. Splashing money on projects for popularity votes instead of thinking of long term solutions will be his undoing.

  • @wandrawis1 i think tony has alot more experience than rudd does on this subject. after all he is a doctor, and former health minister.

  • how did that insincere, boring, arrogant, smug, spendthrift, poll chasing twit become PM? if you think the second time around his performance will match up to his own self-absorbed rhetoric, then you're about as bright as a can of baked beans.

  • Kevin rudd has misuse tax payers money on insulation scheme , first home owners grant pushing prices up, the most expensive school buildings in the world , money wasted on boat people, national broadband network which WE as customers of optus or telstra will have to pay out of our own pocket, Pay Extra for extra fast speeds. People think their net connections will increase automatically with not upgrade on plans , Upgrade on faster speed plans will mean higher prices . KRudd has waste our money

  • I love how the ALP went on about the arrogance of the Libs last election....and now the arrogance of Rudd in this debate with that filthy smirk on his face the whole time....and he barely even looked at Abbott.

Abbott had the balls to look him in the eye whenever he was listening or talking.
