Fallout: New Vegas - Implants! (Permanent Stat Bonuses)

Talking to Doctor Usanagi reveals that she sells physical implants to augment your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. abilities, and two special implants, a sub-dermal implant that makes you more resistant to damage and a implant that allows you to regenerate health.

You can only apply a limited number of implants, the limit being determined by your Endurance. If you get an implant for Endurance, it will NOT allow you to get an extra implant. For example, if your starting endurance = 6, you can get 6 of the 9 possible implants. If you boost endurance to 7 with an implant, you still will only be able to get 6 total implants.

Each SPECIAL stat can be raised only once via Doctor Usangi's implants, and they're 4,000 caps apiece:

STRENGTH: Hypertrophy Accelerator
PERCEPTION: Optics Enchancer
ENDURANCE: Nociception Regulator
CHARISMA: Empathy Synthesizer
INTELLIGENCE: Logic Co-Processor
AGILITY: Reflex Booster
LUCK: Probability Calculator

Special implant add special effect. * NEMEAN Sub Dermal Armor adds 4 to your Damage Threshold and the price is 8,000 caps. * PHOENIX Monocyte Breeder add regenerates hitpoints at a rate similar to that of the Solar Powered Perk. The price is 12,000 caps.

@cheezitzrcool You get alot of gold from "The courier who broke the bank" achievement (clearing out all the casino) as well as doing the Dead Money DLC by selling a couple of gold bars.

It's very strange I've been able to buy one agility and 1 lucky implant but I can't buy them anymore just the others and yes I am healthy enough to get more implants and yes I have the money, those 2 does simply do not show up anymore. anyone have the awnser to this?

I've had like all the implants you can get, and yet still have 123,000 caps left, but the thing is I've basically done every quest in the game, including all the dlc's, fallout never gts boring though :D
