  • Oh, I dunno. If you catch someone with the corner of the DVD box, it's bound to sting a bit. :o)

  • This DVD is clearly for Health, Wellness and Fitness. It is not designed nor marketed as a self defense home training system as that would not be practical.

  • Shaolin Kempo is so much better

  • wat martial arts do u recommend then?

  • i have this dvd martial arts is easier than yoga 0_o

  • I have looked at many of the video clips available on this Budokon stuff. I have yet to see a martial technique that doesn't look like some fabricated mock-kahrohtee. After 33 years studying classical Okinawan and Chinese arts, I can tell you that you will not be able to use the "techniques" you are learning to defend yourselves. If he is teaching "martial arts", you should be applicable in the event of an attack. Good luck!

  • i just met him today in Tokyo! oh gosh he's such a great guy! The way he moves is just beautiful! He is really friendly and funny as well!!

  • Budokon...is a made up word. TKD is not traditional. This is what we call the great Americanization of MA, Yoga, and Meditation

  • awesome.

  • Cameron Shayne is a great teacher, if you have the opportunity to take a workshop or classes with him, I encourage it!
