Bobby Jindal on SCOTUS and Castration

Bobby Jindal signed a new bill into law in Louisiana that calls for chemical castration of repeat child sex offenders. Repeat offenders are also allowed to choose physical castration in liu of jail time.

Bobby Jindal also strongly disagrees with the Supreme Court's ruling that overturned Louisiana's death sentence for a child rapist.

Also, castration of violent criminals isn't a bad idea either. First off it reduces their aggressie behavior considerably. Secondly, they are not fit too have any offsprings, meaning they won't make good parents and their children will become exactly the same. Castration is the best punishment for sex offendes and violent criminals.

If you care to know how much it COSTS to put a repeat sex offender into a state hospital it varies from $160,000 - $70,000 (160K - 70K). To house a prisoner - about $20,000/year.

Laws should be re-written so that a second offense = LIFE with NO PAROLE.

First sentence should be at least 20-years.

LETS GET THIS CORRECT:

CHEMICAL CASTRATION = injections lasting 2-weeks / Lupron implant lasts up to 6-months (titanium).

SURGICAL CASTRATION (not "physical castration") is what it is.
