Hi, Its almost impossible to buy a shotmaker here in the uk, would you measure the pan for me and let me have dimensions i.e. angle or ramp to dripper face and size of ramp etc. I would be much obliged. Gordon London UK graysclassics@sky.com

Me two questions interest. I not absolutely understand, what you use instead of water? I know use an anti-frieze automobile? As it is possible to use engine oil? And here soap water but as it turns out not absolutely clearly is mentioned. Soap water - will turn out if to use usual water and to add in it a washing-up liquid for ware? Or it is already separate ready product?
The second question. Distance from edge Shotmaker prior to the beginning of water. About 1 inch will be enough?

I am using break fluid for a coolant and the molten lead is dropping approxiamately an eigth of an inch before it hits the coolant. Any less of a drop and break fluid actually gets on the drop plate and it creates a film which the lead sticks to.

I made a sieve drilled with 3/32 inch holes so the 7.5 shot fall through and the rest goes back into the scrap lead pile
