it was a cheat so you could run faster then everybody else for longer then 15 minutes. that person run faster then people who has battle standard from the beginning untill the end.

Unfortunately WAR doesn't have any means of protection at all from speedhacks. I had successfully used a generic speedhack program with WAR and it worked fine, while the same software got detected on the majority of free-to-play games i had tried.

Maybe it's too CPU intensive to do all those checks needed on a mass pvp game like WAR to prevent speedhacking and the servers can't handle it.

Also, don't blame the opposing faction, blame the player for doing it.

This is still a on going problem, even today *sigh*. People on both sides still using LOS hacks, speed hacks, and bunch of random bullshit etc.

The sad thing is.. they have been reported numerous times and still see some of them around playing, and ruining it for other's.

Oh well, still a fun game.. and can't blame to much on Mythic on how many job's they have lost recently. Still though.. i think they would still take some pride in it still.

and all the cheaters wonder why games are moving to consoles. Cheaters are stupid, they have no sense of anything. just wait till all these MMORPG's start moving to consoles because of the pirating and cheaters.

Mythic wont do anything about this problem. I tried many times to handle this situation with Mythic. There's no hope for this game so far. Either you just deal with this BS until Mythic hopefully does something about it or just quit. Simple right?
