@Kaustabh0012 make sure in the graphics options you don't have it set to windowed mode.

.. i can play at full graphics with my old core 2duo, 4gb of ram at 800mhz and a 9800gt..
i also run gtaiv on high quality so this isn't impressive..
carbon is such an old game
