  • what kind of yoghurt do you generally use to make raita?

  • We make yogurt at home, usually with 2% milk. You can watch our video for Homemade Yogurt.

  • Why dont you just take out the eggplants out of the cooking pan and pour it into yoghurt???

  • If you put really hot eggplant (or anything hot) into yogurt, the yogurt will separate and you'll have to throw the whole thing away. :(

  • i always think to ask you that what are mustard seeds? and asefotida (hing) which you usually used has a strong smell so by frying it in little oil does help its smell to vanish or not?
