i always think to ask you that what are mustard seeds? and asefotida (hing) which you usually used has a strong smell so by frying it in little oil does help its smell to vanish or not?

what kind of yoghurt do you generally use to make raita?

Why dont you just take out the eggplants out of the cooking pan and pour it into yoghurt???

If you put really hot eggplant (or anything hot) into yogurt, the yogurt will separate and you'll have to throw the whole thing away. :(
