Hey ZaRocProductions! Thanks for watching from Germany and the comment! I've had to use this technique many times under pressure when a "grappler" does the 'sucker punch' with a leg takedown instead of using his fist. And they always quit once I "flip" them on their back. The choke and goose neck on the wrist takes the Fire out of them..they scream like little girls-If you think this technique is too complicated -then don't use it-go ahead and bust your kneecap on his head. @RebelGrandmaster To RebelGrandmaster: I think your answer is perfect. In self defense you don't always want to really hurt a person, many times you just want to do a nuisance release. For example, you are at a big party and somebody is drunk and they are just horsing around. well, you don't want to really hurt them if they try a double leg take down, you just want to put them in their place. A lot of young fighters do not understand that you can be sued if you hurt someone.

bullshit. push their head down and sprawl out
So much is lost in translation when the techniques are done at a non-aggressive pace. I have used the technique that you are demonstrating in a clinch scenario but you'd have to be ninja fast for this to work against someone bum rushing with an aggressive takedown. Taking into consideration that you are that fast to pull it off, a knee could be thrown instead and end the fight. If your too slow with the technique shown then you are owned. Most fighters will naturally resist the double leg b

I'm not trying to be disrespectful but the reality is that a strong shot will allow the attacker to grab hold of the legs here because you're not sprawling. The move clearly relies on your ability to keep scooting backwards with the momentum of the double leg, but a live shot is very likely to happen too fast/hard for a couple step back to be sufficient. The attacker will get hold of your legs andand suck you back in and complete the takedown. That is precisely why grapplers sprawl.

Hey sacredrage! I am being disrespectful to you---If you knew the Principals and Theories of this Technique..You would know that you don't have to "Sprawl" on this technique that I teach. And then you would not have to act like a "Sprawl God"--- I bet you sprawl even when you change a flat tire. That's my bad Karma comment to you! El Rebel

This might work against an amateur shot, but an athletic properly executed double leg is going to go straight through that defense 98% of the time.
