John M. was the originator of the sniper idea. Malvo was the actual planner of where, when and how each shot would take place. Malvo was a gifted child in shcool. With just a little sniper training from John M. he became the real brains behind the killings. So John M. gets filled with poison and Malvo spends the rest of his life very alive in prison? The state of Virginia balked on killing a minor.

no dying is gonna be much worse than being in jail. Of he was in jail he would have the rest of his life to repent and find his way to god. I hope he has done that because hes gone now and hes probally burning in hell as we speak for his sins.
