I was undecided about my son's university. The stand that NSU took by honoring our national hero and ditching the "Redmen" mascot has sealed the deal for me. My son will now proudly attend NSU. This is an example of how the racism and disrespect of past university leadership has righteously faded over time. This will do for an apology and was long over due. Congrats to the progressive minded souls who are in charge today.
