How to draw abstract pictures

I know nothing about abstract art - It's not really my thing, but mjt2410films asked me to give some inspiration for their school project and it just set me thinking. This is not great abstract art, but it shows a thought process which you might find interesting and I found it a surprisingly fun and interesting diversion from the story I'm trying to write!

Wow you drew that in like 2 minutes and it is beautiful I really want to be a good drawer .. I don't know I already am better than the average person but I need to work on portion

you have artist hands. I notice those little hand movements where you don't draw you just kinda glide over til your ready,In art classes I noticed many great artist do that.
