0:12/0:17 - At the holiday home where bella finds out she is pregnant.
0:17/0:25 - They return home Bella has the baby and is turned into a vampire.
0:25/0:34 - Jacob is upset at bella being a vampire and she sees Renesme for the first time.
0:34/0:39 - They go hunting for the first time.
0:39/0:45 - Jacob talks to Renesmee
0:045/end - Volturi come

Ohh yeah of course ... It was from an episode of Gossip Girl .. and that is Nate and Blair .. The episode was in season 1 but i am not sure which episode It might have been ' The Thin Line Between Chuck and Nate' but i can't really remember sorry :) And thank you for you amazing comment <3
