    His name was Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr.,same as his father.Ali's ancestors chose that name for a reason.

    Cassius Marcellus Clay was a white politician who lived in the 1800s.He started an anti-slavery newspaper in 1845 and was a very early emancipationist.Clay was also a supreme badass who defended his life on several occasions because of his outspoken opinions.

    The prophet Mohammad owned slaves until he died and the practice continues today in Saudi Arabia.
