hes putting in a tie. looks plumb enough, a few ledgers could use a bit of a levelling.. all in all not a bad scaffold, if you decide to totally forget about bracing..

i have worked on some scary scaffold set ups but that tops it!

that is pretty creepy as a scaffy myself...he's only half way up too ;P I do however think he's better off without a harness if that thing decides to go.
