A123 20ah Pouch Cell 51.2v module

This is a conceptual rendering of the Wedge & Band interconnect design for pouch cells with tabs as terminals. It has been designed around the A123 pouch specifically, but can be easily adapted to work with various tab sizes. The design shown is for 4 parallel cells per series connection, but can, again, be configured for more parallel cells, or fewer. This is shown to provide a complete vision of the system and to demonstrate prior art. It is my intention to pursue this to a marketable product and intend to patent. Licensing is negotiable.
