Tonight we show you our recipe for chocolate delight!!! Here's what you need to know:

Things you'll need:
24 mini muffin papers
2 tbs skim milk
1 C coconut oil
3/4-1 C cocoa (depending on bitterness desired)
16-20 packets of powdered stevia
10 drops of vanilla liquid stevia
p2 friendly snacks to add (apples, strawberries, mac nuts, etc.)

1. Melt coconut oil into a liquid state, and add the cocoa. Mix well.
2. Warm on low heat: milk and powdered stevia.
3. Pour milk mixture into chocolate sauce.
4. Add liquid vanilla stevia drops to mixture.
5. Put your treats in each of the muffin papers, then cover in the chocolate sauce.
6. Place in the freezer until in a solid state!

Enjoy!

  • i lvoe the merengue music! I tried a recipe without any nuts and it is to die for. I have added a bit of salt and it makes such a big difference.

  • @Gitanarosa :) Thank you! I have heard about the salt, sea salt actually, but have been afraid to try it...what does it do?

  • Great vlog, and an even better mama!

  • @ccandme671143 awww, thank you so much!

  • I'm on P2 - How many of those little mini cups can you have a day? I would love to try this.

  • @bridget641 Man...I would say, stick to two, but I had a hard time doing that! Sometimes I had more, but everyone responds differently to coconut oil. :) Good luck!!!

  • Okay so excited about this receipe and you girls rock BTW! Anyhow I love milk chocolate curious if I could use coconut milk instead of some of the oil. Your thoughts?

  • Oh yah. Do you guys cut anything out to accommodate for the c-delights? If not, do you know how many calories they roughly have?

  • I'm in week 2 of my first round of P2. I'm a little nervous to go off Protocol but would love a sweet treat for my birthday next week!! I may try and cross my fingers.

  • Love this recipe can you use soy milk?

  • thanks i enjoyed the video will try again the one we made was too salty and not sweet enough, of corse it was a first time this is day trying to stay encouraged and do something different

  • @hcgbesties The salt brings out more flavor, but you must dilute it or it will sink to the bottom and make it too salty. I just add a bit and I liked it a bit more. I do make different flavors so I play with them.

  • sometimes I would get painful long lasting canker sores in mouth as a kid. Asked dentist/doc, no help. I get one now, I take antacid like tums etc for a few days. Gets rid of canker sores PRONTO!. Try sucking on good tasting one before u eat fruit. If you get sores it means you produce 2 much acid. U can also take the ones that you swalow like a pill 4 a few days. Do that 4 a few days then try some fruit to see if helps. I bet it will. I dont get sores any more or rarely.

  • Made your version of choc. D yesterday..... Love! I'm w/ Jana no me gusta bitter dark choc. I so kindly shared w/ my peeps and they said " can't you make this all the time, even when you're not on this diet" so I'd say thumbs up from everyone ( now I'm gonna have to hide it ) :D
