@smartpartsionlover Agreed. This is the secret to making the pasta tasty and infusing it with flavor of the sauce, instead of merely done pasta, with a outer coating of the sauce.

the only thing i would recommend is that you undercook the pasta slightly. because when you put it in the hot sauce it will continue cooking so you dont want to have overcooked pasta.
