@ZeranZeran they made paper planes together, so yes with his help she became famous. i'm talking about on more of a personal level...except the fact that he has been quoted more than once talking shit about her new album. which is completely fine. everyone has the right to their opinion...but he was involved in making the album. even though he only made one song on maya, i still just consider it really disrespectful to talk about every other song but his own in a negative fashion.

@schoolbox87 How exactly did diplo fuck her over? According to what you said he did nothing but help her you dope. I love Maya and I'm a big fan but If you're referring to her music career taking a nosedive, I think she did that to herself. Her new /\/\/\\//\ album sucked some major dick compared to her last albums. Just not anywhere near as good, and not as much work put into it.

@ibebrodey the reason he MADE it as a producer was because of M.I.A. though. She discovered him and made him famous. There's no denying that. He owes her for getting him into the industry and what does he do? He makes her a HUGE track that goes viral and then he fucks her over. How fucking professional. Even though he works magic I will never like him as a person.
