Hello again from Peru :) I FINALLY have my Mac back from Lima and an Internet connection at home so I can start uploading video for you again!! This is just the first hello before I dive into the real content again. And for those of you who are members of the High on Health Coaching Club, I've started uploading new podcasts in there too :)

If you are wanting things to talk about, I would be interested in a post on the emotional side-effects of acne and how to overcome them.
My antivirus is still blocking highonhealth citing an "HTML:Iframe-inf" infection. Arg!
