So, Obama and his lawyers refused to show up for the hearing and the Judge, instead of ruling it a default against him, decided to give him a pass. As for the evidence of problems in his claims of eligibility, the Judge deemed that those presenting it are not "experts" and he would therefore not even consider the evidence.

What do you call it when a Judge suddenly becomes very cooperative and helps the Chicago Thug dodge a ruling?

A legal violation of the Constitution, election fraud, apparent falsification of candidate certification documents... that's where the FBI's job is to investigate and ensure that the Constitution is upheld.

1) Both parents are US Citizens

2) Born under US Jurisdiction (US military base)

The two condition you posting are from 8 U.S.C. § 1401 - 1409 in which there is no law that states together, those two conditions to be POTUS. While the NBC Clause is written into the US Constitution, the condition that "Both of the Child’s Parents Be US Citizens at the Time of Birth" is not, that is taken out of content in the Minor v. Happersett where the CHIEF JUSTICE delivered the opinion of the court.
