Three sets of exercises totaling 20-25 minutes of workout performed 5-7 days a week will increase your stamina, strengthen your legs and increase your endurance. Also, diligently performing these exercises will help you maintain a healthy arm. As with any exercise program, consider checking with your doctor if you have any concerns. These workouts are the first in a series to help increase average MPH on your pitches and by consequence faster bat speed which translates into harder and longer drives.

  • @Notatryhard21 stronger legs is better push off of the mound therefor more momentum and throwing speed
