You need to pay for your IE connection to stream over the internet, plus you can't really get local channels or all the channels streaming over the internet.

lol, it would get rather annoying, Windows can do the same thing, call out things, it's not an Apple OS only deal.

From the Apple computers I have seen, they don't include TV Tuner devices, b/c they are so compact, they don't have the room, like all other PC's have.
