Pacific Pines, Encinitas, CA 92024

The Pacific Pines Condominium development is exquisitely located in South Encinitas, just east of Cardiff by the Sea and very close to Mira Costa Community College. About 35 minutes north of the San Diego Airport, Encinitas also has a train station and other public transit.

Once inside the gates of Pacific Pines, you find two story stucco buildings connected by shaded pathways and interspersed with BBQ's and picnic tables. Almost all residences are one and two-bedroom condominiums. There is a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, a racquetball court and a sandy volleyball court. Additionally, there is parking for recreational vehicles and boats in an upper level parking lot.
