  • ive read most these books and they were great... but i can never bring myself to read the ending. as soon as i feel that the girls are starting to recover i stop reading. i know it sounds weird but i guess im not ready for them to get better.

  • @JordanneLeeMaxwell I suppose that really does say a lot about where you're at in your eating disorder. I hope you get to the place where the endings are the best part for you.

  • The Eating Disorder Sourcebook is a great book by an eating disorder specialist who is recovered from AN

  • @skypaix oooh I'll have to look that one up!

  • Question: do your parents know about the sexual abuse that you have experienced? You have mentioned it in a few of your videos, so even if you haven't directly told them, they could have learned by watching your videos. Or do they not know about your YT channel??

  • @luckylisa44 haha They haven't seen my YT channel and if they have, I am not aware of it. They do know my YT channel exists though. Yes, they know about what happened to me...They found out a year ago actually.

  • Hey, I watched this a few days ago - I want you to know that this review is really great. Your comment about choosing what you choose to expose yourself to. I'm also in the place of recovery where I am holding on, but just barely and need to be careful about what I let myself hear or see or read.

  • The only Wasted copy is mysteriously missing from my college library. lol ..Now, we can only access it as an E-Book. I used to belong to the stick figures message boards way back in the day when it was neon green and black and before all the sites got pulled- so I think it would be to triggering for me.

  • @raganmae yeah, def read it and let me know what you think!

  • @justwanabebeautiful I've read those books and I think I was in a bad place mentally when I read them because they triggered more than helped. Maybe I'll read them again though!

  • @stephstrawberii I know what you're saying- at first being triggered by the numbers, tricks, tips, but then being able to see past that into the actuality of how destruction eating disorders truly are.

  • @tirEDofcoping I haven't actually read Weekends at Bellevue! Will have to read now :)

  • @trixy776655 Wintergirls made me so so sad :(
