Highlights of all the action in the ODI played in Wellington on the 9th Feb 2008.
NZ won by 6 wickets.
England from the beginning looked to be in all sorts of trouble. Demanding accurate pace bowling from an unlikely candidate in the form of Chris Martin. The new zealand bowlers all chipped in and their fielding seemed to reach a higher standard than seen in recent times.
The New Zealand batsman were always going to overcome the 131 run target. Impressive innings from Ryder and McCullum was the highlight with mini cameos from How and Taylor.
