Stage 1-1 1-2 2-1 2-2
This is NOT a remake in fact the genesis version is a remake/port of this game.

  • @CaptainCrunchityzer I seem to be in the minority of gamers who enjoyed the overhead stages and was sad to see them go in later games.

  • It seems that this game lost quite a lot of detail when it was ported to the Genesis.

  • All the games on this cpu seem to have great multi layered scrolling.

  • @mightycirus That's a Treasure game, not Nintendo. Nintendo capitalizes on Mario/Zelda/Metroid/Donkey Kong/Kid Icarus, but I'm glad they do as they are all great games. Hopefully we will see a new Pikmin game or even a new IP from Miyamoto.

  • @videogameobsession That is also why I hate Nintendo. Nintendo hates FM sound chips. They should've NEVER hired Sony to do their sound chip. Nintendo could've used the YM-2608, the YM-3438 sound chips from Yamaha, or hired Seta to use their X1-010 Sound Chip (used in Twin Eagle) for the SNES's own sound capibilities.

  • @videogameobsession Exactly. It is also the same way with the Sega Genesis. Now you know WHY I hate Nintendo so damn much.

  • ok i c da differnce of da stages... wow, u made dis version look good!

  • @videogameobsession And the color difference...:) I thought that TMNT Hyperstone Hiest was pretty good too and Castlevania Bloodlines.

  • @kirgeez The Genesis also had some great rotation and other Mode 7 type effects done through expert software programming. I actually think it's more impressive when they don't rely on the hardware to achieve this. Games like Gunstar Heroes, Contra Hard Corps, and Adv of Batman and Robin almost pass for SNES games! Except there is no slowdown. :P j/k
