Telebelt Mobile Conveyors - Fibrecrete

In this footage we are conveying a fibrecrete concrete mix directly from concrete truck chutes.

This job site required us to span existing slabs and other form work to deliver the mix into pre fixed formwork areas via our 8 inch delivery hose.

The tremmie and delivery hose are designed in a manner to eliminate product segregation from the product being dropped at hieght.

The unit being operated in this case is the TB130 39 meter reach boom.

The 5 cubic meter loads were unloaded in approximately 10 - 12 minutes per truck.

The unit can be fed by 2 - 3 concrete trucks at once depending on access and can move up to 275 cubic meters an hour with no left over concrete.

why are you running the belt and the chute ,not very safe.i never have to do both its a safty violation here.
