Boris Johnson On London Living Wage (9/4/08)

The London Citizens Mayoral Accountability Assembly - held at Westminster's Methodist Central Hall - invited candidates for London mayor to support four social justice campaigns. The first was support the London Living Wage, which is higher than the national minimum wage. The Conservatives opposed the latter's introduction by the Labour government. Now the new-model Boris speaks in favour of the LLW! Note the boos from the large audience (though they warmed to him later).
