MMA H.E.A.T.' s Karyn Bryant traveled to Niagara Fall, NY, to sit down with former UFC Light Heavyweight Champ Rashad Evans and his family. In part one of "Mama's Kitchen," Rashad and his Grandmother (a.k.a. Mama) talk about the possibility of squaring off with teammate Jon Jones in the octagon. Rashad admits to bawling like a little kid when he had to withdraw from his scheduled fight against champ Mauricio "Shogun" Rua at UFC 128, and also gives us insight to how he felt about the irony of waiting months for that fight, only to get injured.

With that said, Jones is a asshole.He's a great fighter, just an asshole. I think he needs to mature in the sport. Rashad is great as a person & pretty good fighter too. Fuck Gayfeather, I hate his mouth but Rampage is awesome, he has the best personality. Im all for blacks succeeding,im just against people (of any color) being cocky & disrespectful
