@CandyCoatedCashmere It really grossed me out! I could have eaten stale granola. Bleh! I'm glad the granola didn't get all over the box though. I've never received the actual Birchbox opened, that's terrible! Did you tell their customer service?

How gross was the open granola?! I once received my box and it was open completely. The outer pink box was hanging on by a thread! I hope that your GlamTote comes soon!
