This is a good one for the lower abs, but it is better to put your head behind your head. This will help to keep you from pushing off with you hands. There is a good example on my page.

I'm 18 years old, female,I do fencing 3 times a week and follow a good diet. I've always been slim, but I have some fat on my belly and hips and I'd like to get rid of it. Plus, I've tried to do those reverse crunches you do in the video but when I release and lower my legs my lower back forms an arc.. I don't know if that's right. Could you please tell me which exercises I should do and how many times a week?

Your lower back MUST be on the mat, otherwie you work mostly your psoas, hip muscle.
cool, now i know how to do a reverse, because reading about it was confusing.
