System 4.2U Wii Bricked By MyMenunify

Dont have Preloader or bootmii installed tryed all the button methods nothing works..
worse thing is this is my bro and sisters wii and i just bricked it and its basiclly just sitting there dead i cant repair cause ill prob get voided i finally got the games i wanted for christmas and i cant even play them. its just so ffed up gotta cancel all my Wrestling game shows and streaming my wii... this is just sad man...idk what to do cant buy a new one aint got no money...anything else i can do besides using Preloader or bootmii?

you can try this works 100% after you installed preloader restart the wii and preloder will come up go to settings near the bottom you will see a word called IOS change it to 249 and press save settings then restart your wii and preloder will come up click system menu after your wii is not broken.

i seem to be having the same issue. my wii fw is 4.2u, and when i loaded dop-mii, to try to load and install 4.1, the app failed and after that...flatline. the wii turns onto a black full-brick screen and i only see a pure black screen. no words, just black.

if anyone has some methods that actually work, please, i need legitimate files to actually boot it into multi-mod manager, and that doesn't require using the gc controller, please send me an e-mail message, it is pisceabishop@gmail.com.

@hackerthelegend i'm having the exact same issue. except my wii is 4.2u and i have a full brick. when i turn it on, nothing comes up. i tried the port 4 all d-pad buttons, nothing worked. if you find anything [unlike me], please let me know!!!!

You've got yourself a banner brick buddy. Don't worry, it's not that bad, can you get into maintenance mode and boot the wii properly? If you can use AnyTitle deleter to remove corrupted title. If you can't boot properly in maintenance mode can you tell me what menu version you are running (e.g 3.XU or 3.XE or 4.XU or 4.XE)?
