  • I went to see the Bahston Bruins at the Bahston Gahden but I had to Pahk my cah fah away and got a good cahdiovasculah workout. At least its good fa ya haaht.

  • @DanielBK13 Well, it's been 6 months, but I'd would say BOTH....I'm 420 pounds, and have been exercising at SNAP for 4 months now. I do 20 minutes on the treadmill to warm up, then 30 minutes on the arc trainer...combined, I list 15 pounds in the first 2 weeks, and have continued to lose weight quickly and I feel MUCH better. Good luck! :)

  • i lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks doing this thang! like it better than the ellipical, treadmill is dead last. I'd rather run the streets than do the treadmill.
