Panama Bash - Black Marlin Happy Hour at Tropic Star Lodge

Relaxation, re-hydration, and comaradarie on the veranda of the Tropic Star Palacio. These world class anglers have just completed releasing 46 black marlin caught off the Zane Grey reef, 30 minutes run time NNW of TSL. In addition to trophy blacks, the variety and quality of other pelagic species is astounding. Blue and striped marlin along with sailfish make their seasonal migration through this area due to the abundance of target prey including yellowfin tuna, dorado, bonito and skipjack tuna that pile up on the sardines and squid welling up on the reef. Special thanks go to TSL General Managers Ursula and Hennie Marais for their world-class care and attention to their angling guests at the lodge. They are truly outstanding ambassadors for TSL and for the global billfishing community.

To be perfectly frank I would absolutely hate to stay in this hotel with these fat numbskulls- will you look at their fat bellys and the quality does not look up to much for those extortionate prices.
