We're not a fascist country yet. The Supreme Court still has an opportunity to determine if its constitutional. This all comes down to if Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court supports the 1st amendment or not. If 5 or more justices rule this constitutional, then we are fascist country.

The American people already think their govt. is spying on them and they don't care! The MSM is not telling them what they need to hear about this! So, if Obama makes a principled stance and loses the general election because of it I think we have a great deal more to lose!

People think "I have nothing to hide. Why do I care?" How about because it is ILLEGAL? Pure & simple. And Bush doesn't care about anything more than covering his ass. Which he can't do if the telecom companies don't have retroactive immunity.
