I always see your comments on the main page, I had to check you out for myself. I am convinced, you are a firebreather. Your HSPUs are phenomenal. I also love your gym!!! Great work, keep it up.

The rope set up isn't ideal, but it works. I have to be careful not to crack my knees on the uprights. It works well enough that I can climb the 20+' rope at the Monkey Bar Gym multiple times without any problems.
I do use chalk when climbing and sometimes wear leather gloves and chalk those when my hands are close to tearing. I don't need to suffer from another staph infection from a skin tear!

Very creative set up for the rope. Tuesday I will be getting my proper rope and will give this workout a go from time to time. My HSPU need some work though and are by far not as impressive as yours :-) Do you like to use chalk when climbing rope? Personally I find it a lot easier when I do.
Righteous Deadstop Diane in under 10 minutes will be yours if you keep working on these ROM handstand pushups. How many of these handstand pushups can you do fresh?
