Captain can dodge bullets at point blank range, leap 50 yeards and jump 20 feet straight in the air WITHOUT a running start, and has created his OWN fighting style that constantly adapts to his environment and who he is fighting, coupled with his wind-resistant, virtually indestructible shield and the fact that he is considered among the best if not the best tactician earth (in the Marvel Universe) has ever seem, Captain would be able to hold his own against spidey. A BIG MISCONCEPTION that CAP did'nt 'dodge' the NON-FATAL bullet that hit his shoulder in Cap 25. He was PUSHING THE SECURITY ESCORT OUT OF THE LASER SIGHT'S LINE OF FIRE saving the guard, it's why he was shot. It WAS the 3 point blank shots from (SPOILER!!) his girlfriend that 'did him in'. AND he was transported in time while his body stood behind(don't ask me to explain it). Normally if CAP was (and has been before) shot,his body heals better than most...cept 4Wolverine.

@blackspyful It was mostly a joke directed towards peanut saying Captain can dodge bullets at point blank range. But still, you'd think his super human reflexes would let him dodge it even with his hands cuffed.
