Awesome engine! Even if there are other V8s that can beat a Y, you'll always pull ahead at the start, give a good scare!

That 292 is a pickup engine.(aint it) I see that there are all the H.P pieces for it(well,,,theres all the dress up goodies for it anyway) Is there a cam ground and lifters for it and H.C pistons available to plug in the holes. How about super duper rods and timing gears.

That fuel line going to harden and break when you least desire it to and burn your motor to the ground after pumping 8 gallons of fuel all over it in 5 "O" clock downtown traffic?

super cool 292, and yeah i agree with one of the comments about specs. mild or wild Cam?, Bore size?, Carb jets?, pistons(flat top or?), is it balanced? heads polished ported?, new rockers?, big valves? not enough info to go by. The only thing i would do is find a way to not have the top pully wobble so much. I think it would eventually break or damage the water pump. That being said... i really love the colors and the cool factor on Nostalgia with your build! Great looking engine!

@someonehasthisid is this Yblock a 292 or a strocker , do you think that the triple carbs a better than two four barrells .
