nice.. balcony gardens are great.. it's all about using the space you got wisely.. i got strawberries and tomatoes and cucumbers on mine.. and an olive tree.. and it smells great out there.. people gotta get in the habit of doing this..

Brilliant, I have spotted Fennell,Parsley,Strawberry, Sage, Chives,Broad bean,Thyme,Tomato,Capsicum or chilli, rosemary and at least two others, what are they?
Just shows what you can do.
I recommend going upwards with climbing French or runner beans, and how about a climbing courgette?

I have From left to right Dill, Basil, Parsley, Strawberries, sage, tarragon, strawberries, onions (which I have to replant for spacing), bay leaves, french tarragon, IN pots a tomato plant, jalepenos and espanola peppers, and in the third container rosemary oregano and thyme.
I seem to have an aphid problem on my peppers, so I am going to see what I can do about those!

Someone gave me a tip yesterday. Boil up some rhubarb leaves in water and strain. Spray the resultant liquid on plants to kill aphids, very organic!

Wow! What a great container garden! Everything looks so healthy and happy. :) I'm going to be getting Earthboxes soon too...How do you like yours?

Earth boxes are actually the boxes that have the space at the bottom with water, and you fill it with the tube right?
I actually don't have that, but just regular planters, I have to water everything about every other day! I just noticed that my peppers have aphids, so I am making an organic mixture tonight to see if I can get rid of them before they spread to my other plants...I was so mad, cause I just bought these from the nursery 2 weeks ago! arg!
