@smokeeeeeeeee some people cant some can...i personally cant...I use to be able to do it...now i really cant...if you feel that your getting good gains from doing them both the same day, then you are really lucky :)

@Jaxxxx251 I squat and deadlift on the same day... Granted i'm too bitch to ever do 1RM, and i do sets of 5. Still, that's quite a bit of volume and i'm fine.

At least she is deadlifting...which is already better than half the guys in my gym who now how to only do bicep curls and then superset with some masturbation.

@peanutboy0921 when i say incorporate squats and deadlifts, i mean use them in your workout but not do them all in the same day...only a moron would interpret it as doing them altogether in the same day.No offense. for a person like you based on your channel, who likes to masturbate 34 times a day, you should consider staying out of the gym or better yet, look at my top comment on how to superset with your masturbation.
