  • After watching this, thought there is good chance this guy is going to stall some day.

  • and to think that this plane was comprised of wood for the majority of its construction. beautiful sound.

  • Fantastic!

  • Twin Merlins! So hot!

  • so attractive sound of engine! i love

  • When i see this i got the main theme of 633 Squadron in my Head!

  • Merlins sound ... oops sorry ... Merlins music .... fantastic !

  • @DRAC250 them RAF-planes hardly were any better, but the allied just had much more of them planes and resources. there were time in war when the germany had the upper hand in nearly all the equiptment on the field. but war is always a game of attrition.

  • @dainttyriches So, Planes of Fame...who dearly love, restore, and fly these airplanes are simply wrong huh? The term aeroplane changed to a simpler, yet obviously true, monicker of airplane between WWI and WWII. In World War II no one used the term "aerodrome" for an airfield anymore. An AIRCRAFT can be anything man-made that flies in the air. A kite is an aircraft, so is a helicopter, or a paper-airplane or hell, even the Space Shuttle in atmosphere...is an aircraft. Where do come up with crap?

  • Are there any Mosquitos still flying?
