do you want dairy and all the things that come with it(ie. animal cruelty, animal slavery, obesity, potential exposure to antibiotics thru the milk which is intended for a baby calf, not a human, etc) or do you want the taste of dairy? you can easily find soy based alternatives that taste wonderful and don't have any of these negatives tagging along. to you and everyone: pretending that something is ok, even though you know deep down it isn't, is no way for an adult to deal with any problem.

i can't watch the video accompanying, i'm sorry! i am very sensitive.. is this in usa? i am hoping that generally canada has more humane/ethical practices, i suppose the best idea if one wants dairy is to go with a farmer you know..

@naughtybird420 , my previous post was/is to you but i misplaced it. on behalf of the many animal friends whom i love, please get all the facts of dairy and make an informed choice. for your own health, i can tell you, i've been vegan for almost 25 years and have really been pushing the eating of fresh fruits and vegetables the past year and i feel wonderful. don't remember the last time i took a pill for anything or drank anything with any kind of drug in it(ie. caffeine, alcohol,)

thanks for watching. it's important to me to leave a reminder to the human race of the beautiful creature we're hurting and abusing. to know one of these animals is to know what beauty and love really are.

THANKS. Veganism, to me, seems like a pretty obvious choice to make: freedom and life are meant to be shared by as many not as few, as possible.  btw, i've been vegan 24 years now!!!!!

@hydroponictomatoes PS: Even though I prefer Cow Milk, Sweetned Almond Milk, Rice Milk and Potato milk is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much tastier then Soy Milk. I have NO idea why Soy Milk has taken off yet so manny people have not heard of Rice Potato or Almond milk!

@hydroponictomatoes So you've been killing poor innocent plants for 24 years now? Just kidding dude. My g/f was vegan or vegitarian, can't remember right now and she's not home to ask. I tried and lasted like a day and a half when I had some delicious almond encrusted salmon. Don't get me wrong, I love veggies n Fruits. But couldn't live off of it. Especially considering Tofu and Soy (the main meat/dairy replacers) taste grose to me!
