Each new workout builds on the previous level, adding more complex variations and longer sets along with new exercises. As you progress to more advanced exercises for strength and flexibility, you'll continue to refine your form. Complex movement patterns develop your balance and coordination, while the concentration required improves the mind-body connection. Each Reformer video includes a 30-minute Tutorial for instructors featuring cues and variations. All levels are 50 minutes with an additional 30-minute tutorial.
