@PeterRIGBY08 Things would be different in terms of Elizabeth's reign, children & grandchildren. They say the King died of lung cancer but I think it was the stress of the war & being put into the King's position as the result of his brother abdicating as well. Had he not gotten sick, he may have reigned far longer. Longevity runs in the British Royal Family! Even though the King was ill, his death was a surprise otherwise someone would have been watching him to see exact when he passed.
